Which sizes do you offer?
We created this shop as plus size people for plus size people. We are incredibly proud to say that our shirts range in sizes 5x to small, and we are working towards expanding our size range in the future so we can be accessible to all sizes. If you are unsure of what size to order, we have included our sizing chart below.
Can I return or exchange this item?
With each of our items being handmade to order we do not allow refunds or returns of our products. However, we do know that things can happen in transit or the fit may not be quite right for you. In the event that the product gets to you damaged or doesn't fit properly, please reach out to us within 7 days of package delivery and we will work with you on a case by case basis to exchange the product. In order to issue an exchange, the item must be unwashed and unworn with the tag still on it. We encourage you to use our sizing chart and instructions for washing for reference so you may get the most out of your shirt. We are unable to accept any exchange requests submitted more than seven days after package delivery.
What are the washing instructions?
Each of our shirts will come with a card detailing the wash instructions for our products. Our washing instructions are as follows:
- Turn the product inside out to wash
- Machine wash using cold water.
- Air drying is recommended to preserve the design as long as possible. If you do decide to tumble dry do so on a low heat.
- Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean.
How long will my product take to ship?
Our products take about up to 5-7 days to ship since our product is made to order. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
